inkredibleinkz used PayPal Shipping with U.S. Postal Service to create a shipping label for your package.
Looks like Paypal is in the shipping business now!
Ok. Here is why I am talking about this.
In his book, The World Is Flat, thomas friedman talks about “Insourcing.”
His definition of it is different from definitions you might here commonly. Many people are confused about this subject and label things as insourcing that are not insourcing.
btw, I am not even sure if what paypal is doing is insourcing yet as I have not researched this yet (just got it in my inbox).
Classic case of insourcing is UPS. They Fix PCs for Toshiba that they pick up from Toshiba customers at their own facilities to offer faster customer services for Toshiba. That is insourcing.
When UPS, USPS, and seemingly now Paypal handle the packaging, shipping and other logistics of your business’ inventory that is insourcing.
