I really do not like having more than one calendar. (i.e. a paper calendar and an online one)
And I don’t like having multiple places that I have to log into, etc.
So I have been struggling to find a project management solution that makes me happy.
I have decided for now to go back to Google Calendar and use it in a new/improved way. Lifehacker has some Google Calendar ninja tips
