I am a web developer not a PC technician and I also tend not to use Windows (being a Linux frog myself) but I am often bothered none the less with questions on how to help Windows from running so slow, etc.
I would like to answer:
1) Open cd drive
2) Insert this linux cd
3) Install
But I had better not
